Our daughters started Warrior Skillz to gather more self-confidence and to learn self-defense. After only three months we already see the changes. They dare to talk, speak up much more than before. They are stronger not only physically but mentally as well. We are looking forward how they will improve with the time. And last but nog least they really like to do the training.
